Welcome to The Netball Shop DXB. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing from our store.

1. About Us

The Netball Shop DXB is an online retailer based in the United Arab Emirates, providing netball equipment, apparel and digital resources to players, coaches, clubs and netball enthusiasts.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order

  • Limit quantities purchased

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders where fraud or misuse is suspected

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been successfully placed.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

4. Payment

We accept secure online payments through approved payment providers available on our website.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Courier delays

  • Public holidays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or import processes (for international orders)

The Netball Shop DXB is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Risk of loss and ownership of products passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Physical Products

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they:

  • Are unused and unworn

  • Are in their original packaging

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Are free from marks, damage, odours or signs of use

  • Are in a resalable condition

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety and copyright reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty:

  • Digital products and downloadable resources

  • Gift cards

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

  • Used products of any kind

  • Whistles, mouth-operated equipment or other hygiene-sensitive items once opened or used

  • Products that have been worn, washed, damaged or are not in their original condition

The Netball Shop DXB reserves the right to refuse a return where an item shows signs of use, wear, damage, washing, or where hygiene seals, tags or original packaging have been removed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.

Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund in accordance with UAE consumer protection regulations.

7. Digital Products

All digital products sold by The Netball Shop DXB are licensed for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share files with others

  • Resell products

  • Reproduce products commercially

  • Upload products to public websites, social media platforms or file-sharing services

  • Modify and redistribute any part of the resource as your own

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Graphics

  • Product designs

  • Coaching resources

  • Training materials

  • Photography

  • Written content

  • Digital downloads

  • Branding and marketing materials

remains the property of The Netball Shop DXB and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate.

However:

  • Colours may vary depending on screen settings and device displays

  • Product packaging may differ from images shown

  • Availability may change without notice

The Netball Shop DXB reserves the right to amend product information at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Netball Shop DXB shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profits or business opportunities

  • Delays outside our control

  • Third-party delivery issues

  • Damage resulting from misuse of products purchased from our store

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights available to consumers under applicable UAE law.

11. Privacy

Personal information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent or distribute customer information to third parties except where required to fulfil orders, process payments or comply with legal obligations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made through The Netball Shop DXB shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
