Thank you for shopping with The Netball Shop dxb. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.

 

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that:

Are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Have all original tags, packaging, and labels attached.

Are accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Digital products and downloadable resources

Compression garments, socks, or undergarments that have been worn.

Personalised or custom-printed apparel.

Clearance, sale, or promotional items.

 

3. Footwear Returns

Netball trainers and shoes may be returned if:

They have only been tried on indoors.

They show no signs of wear, dirt, or damage.

They are returned in the original shoe box and packaging.

Shoes worn outdoors or during training sessions cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

 

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at thenetballshopdxb@gmail.com

Please include:

Your order number.

A description of the issue.

Clear photographs showing the fault or damage.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.

 

5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour (subject to availability).

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:

The item is faulty.

We sent the wrong item.

 

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing fault.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

 

7. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or our error.
