Thank you for shopping with The Netball Shop DXB. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all customers.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, product launches, promotions or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Delivery Within the UAE

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Dubai: 1–3 business days

  • Other Emirates: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available on selected products.

Delivery times and shipping costs will vary depending on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges imposed by their local authorities.

The Netball Shop DXB is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size and weight

  • Courier rates

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before payment is completed.


Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is accurate at the time of ordering.

The Netball Shop DXB cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses or contact details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.


Delayed Deliveries

While we work with trusted delivery partners, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Customs processing

  • Courier network disruptions

  • Circumstances beyond our control

The Netball Shop DXB is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of any damaged items or packaging (where applicable)

We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not incur shipping charges.

Access to digital products will be provided immediately or as stated on the product page following successful payment.
